Mission Statement
    Through excellence in vocal training and choral performance, The Boychoir of Ann Arbor enriches the cultural life of our community and enhances the social, emotional, and musical development of boys who love to sing.
     
  Choirs
    The Boychoir of Ann Arbor provides valuable vocal training, sophisticated repertoire and varied performance opportunities for musically gifted boys ages eight to eighteen in three choirs: the Preparatory Choir, the Performing Choir, and Cantabile, our newest choir, which includes boys with changed voices.
       
      Preparatory Choir

      Training choir - boys ages 8 to 11
      Rehearsals once a week during the school year - Thursdays 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
         
      Performing Choir
      performing
      Advanced treble choir - boys ages 9 to 14
      3-4 major concerts per year in the Ann Arbor area, including the popular traditional "A Boychoir Christmas" each December.
      Rehearses once a week during the school year - Mondays 4:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
         
      Cantabile

      Experienced SATB choir of approximately 24 boys ages 11 to 18
      This senior choir learns additional repertoire and performs for weddings, private functions, sporting events, and other appearances throughout Michigan.
      Cantabile trables rehearse twice a week
      The older boys with changing and changed voices rehearse once a week.
